The double-bead cast iron guttering has a rolled edge on both sides of the trough. It is both one of the oldest profile designs and also one of the strongest. Having the second rear bead on double bead gutters also means they are typically fitted with top or side rafter brackets although we do also offer a double beaded fascia bracket. Double-bead gutters are chosen for aesthetic reasons, where appearance is at a premium.
